Manabase Optimizer · last updated 6 October 2026

You can use Manabase Optimizer without an account. Your decks, card rules and settings are then saved only in your own browser. Anonymous card rule sharing is described below. Signing in is optional and only exists to sync that data across your devices.

Anonymous card rules

When you save a card rule for all your decks, sharing is on by default. We receive the card and its rule, with a random browser identifier so changing a rule replaces your previous vote. No decks, name or account are sent, and the identifier is not linked to your account. Agreement among players helps us choose rules to review as possible defaults. Turn sharing off in Settings, under Collection & app → Help improve card rules. Turning it off deletes the votes from that browser.

What we store when you sign in

How it is used

Account data is used to sign you in and to keep your data the same on every device you use. We do not sell it, share it, show ads, or use analytics or tracking cookies. The optimizer runs in your browser; your decks are not processed on our servers.

Where it is kept

On Cloudflare's servers (Workers and D1), which host the site. Card images are loaded directly from Scryfall, which receives normal web requests from your browser.

Removing your data

Signing out removes your session. To delete your account and everything synced to it, open the account menu (your picture, top right), choose Delete account and confirm. That immediately removes your name, your synced data and every session from our server; decks saved in your browser stay until you clear this site's data in your browser settings. If you can't sign in any more, contact us at the support email shown on the Google or Discord sign-in screen and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will change with it.
